2017 Umbral Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Big, bold, and beautiful with ethereal aromas of crème de cassis, floral notes, licorice, and waves of black fruits spilling out of the glass.  On the palate we are experiencing full-bodied richness with phenomenal detail, silky textures, and opulent flavors of espresso and chocolate coupled with rich and concentrated black currant jam and a finish that just won’t quit.

2018 Umbral Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Graceful and supple showing a wonderful feast of aromas and flavors. An incredible array of black currants, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, vanilla, plums, blackberries and blueberry notes intermingle and fill the glass. The palate is massively concentrated yet so elegantly poised with a velvety backdrop of silky tannins and a long decadent finish.

2019 Umbral Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
A beautifully crafted wine with lush, seductive aromas of cedar box, fresh fig, black plums, star anise and espresso beans. On the palate we are met with waves of dark currant, black cherry, licorice root and chocolate orange souffle. The power of this wine is obvious, but there is a seductiveness that pleases us to no end.
