Our grapes were whole-cluster pressed (no saignée) to extract as little color as possible and preserve the freshness and crispness of the fruit. Light, stunningly elegant rose gold in color with aromas of rose petals, guava, passion fruit, crisp pears, minerality, and spice.  An elegant sweet tropical fruit salad with great freshness glides across the whole palate, with perfectly ripe honeydew melon, tons of minerality and crushed rocks round out the finish.
